Who & How
I work with clients who are 16+
I am based in Urmston, Manchester and offer counselling sessions face to face, online (Zoom), on the telephone and walk and talk.
Deciding to come to counselling can feel very daunting and taking the first step is the hardest. Feel free to book an initial 15 minute phone call to ask any questions you may have and to get a feel for whether I am the right therapist for you.
Massage
A one-off massage treatment will always be beneficial, especially when particularly stressed. However, the best way to reduce stress levels and maintain balance and wellbeing is to incorporate regular treatments into your lifestyle.
Contact me to book an appointment in the comfort of your own home, so you can enjoy the post massage feeling for as long as possible, or come to my therapy space in my home.
